PHOENIX, ARIZONA
MODSQUAD Manager Alan Brogdon announced yesterday that the team has come to terms with free agent right-hander Dee Snider, signing the rock star in time for the playoff push.
Snider is slated to bat third in the lineup and play left field.

Snider is most famous for his rocker days with big hair band Twisted Sister. In an exclusive interview with the soon to be rocker wearing purple, Snider said, “Oh, we’re gonna rock, we’re definitely not going to take anything less than a championship this year.
Terms of the contract were not released as of press time, although sources close to the negotiation have confirmed that Brogdon caved into Snider’s demands for a new team tour bus, custom made boots that have retractable spikes, a custom built glove that has an mp3 player built in, and custom designed sunglasses that feature the Bikers for Babies Logo.
MODSQUAD shortstop Nick Difranza is excited about the signing; “It’ll be good to have Dee out in left field. We felt that left was our biggest hole, so Dee solidifies the outfield, and whatever he brings to the plate will be a huge upgrade to whatever we have there now.”
